Custom Training Courses

Analyze IQ Limited provides on-demand customized software training for clients, either at our offices in Galway, Ireland, or at clients' premises anywhere across the world.

Typically, a one-day custom training course is provided, covering:

  • Basic concepts of chemometric modelling
  • Details of sophisticated chemometric analysis methods provided in the Analyze IQ software
  • How to use Analyze IQ software to build, evaluate, and work with chemometric models
  • How to refine and improve models

Training sessions make use of data provided by the client, if required.

Short Courses at Conferences: Modern Methods for Chemometric Analysis

Course Description

We have delivered these well-attended one-day courses on modern methods for chemometric analysis annually at Pittcon since 2011, and at other major conferences/trade shows.

Spectroscopic techniques are commonly used to characterize materials. There is a wide variety of chemometric methods now available for analyzing spectroscopy data, ranging from long-established ones such as Principal Component Regression to recent ones such as Support Vector Machines.

This course will provide a practical introduction to chemometric modeling, including quantitative models (that relate spectra to a numeric property) and qualitative models (that answer yes/no questions). The course will not be mathematical, and aims to give you a useful intuitive understanding of how methods work, and how to select & apply them.

You will get hands-on experience using Analyze IQ software, with free licenses provided.
