Analyze IQ will gave a short course on "Modern Methods for Chemometric Analysis" at PITTCON 2012. It will be a full-day course on Tuesday March 13, 2012, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Fee: $455 (early registration). This course will provide attendees an understanding of the wide variety of chemometric methods now available for analyzing spectroscopy data, ranging from traditional ones such as PCR to recent ones such as Support Vector Machines. You will also learn about new tools that are designed to work well for complex nonlinear analyses.This is an introductory course; no experience of chemometrics is required. It is suited for scientists and analytical chemists in biomedical, pharmaceutical, defense, and law enforcement, as well as researchers working in academia and commercial labs. It will be delivered by Dr Michael Madden of Analyze IQ Ltd., who has over a decade of previous experience in university teaching and research. |
